Accurate, Efficient and Effective

I have two plans on AfforditNOW and both work like clockwork. one month there was an error made by my life insurer who offered an AfforditNow plan for an incentive they were running for a subscription, of which was noticed, recitifed and corrected easily and with no hassle at all and i was fully notified of the process. simple and easy to use. Unresponsive, unethical

I wanted to cancel my loan during my cooling off period. I made daily attempts to get hold of someone from this company, not a single one of which was responded to during my 14 day window. They intentionally ran out the clock on my cooling off period, sticking me with an unwanted loan for a product I no longer needed. I will NEVER use them again, and STRONGLY advise others to avoid them too. Reviewed on: 5th June 2019
