Very fast and efficient service

Evans Cycle Insurance offer a user friendly claims service. Once they had received my claim they were quick to confirm cover and responded to the claim in full. I was given a choice as to where I bought my replacement bike from which was greatly appreciated. Reviewed on: 3rd October 2017

Doesn't listen

I have just received an email closing my claim. The company directed the email to "Mr Millar" my name is "Ms Helen Hainsworth-Millar". Clearly given the personalised approach there! The email also says they have done completely the reign thing, not reading confirmation from me that I have already purchased a replacement bicycle. They have instead begun to process a payment directly to the cycle store. Completely useless! Useful, transparent and hassle-free

Sadly, a bike insurance is very useful in London. I recently had my ride nicked, but fortunately it was insured via Evans Cycles Insurance. The claim was very straightforward and dealt with swiftly, which helped a great deal buying a new one. There are some sensible rules regarding the type of lock you have to use (depending on the value of the bike), but these are communicated very clearly. Reviewed on: 19th June 2017

I am very impressed with the way my claim was dealt, very quick and stress free. Exactly how a client should feel when taking a insurance.
