Nice company to deal with

Luckily we have never had to use the insurance, but our dealings with them on setting up the policy and at each renewal suggest we would be well looked after in the event of a claim. Reviewed on: 12th September 2022

Cancelled festival - full refund

We had taken out PLI with Event insurance for our folk festival. Unfortunately, one dat prior to the festival we had to cancel the event owing to the sad death of the Queen. I called Event insurance to ask if any sort of refund was possible and to my astonishment they refunded the full amount we had paid. It is so unusual to deal with a company, especially in insurance who are so ethical and understanding. I would thoroughly recommend Event Insurance to anyone thinking of taking out this sort of insurance. Reviewed on: 12th September 2022

Insurance Without a Worry

When I rang Event Insurance I was able to speak to a real person within seconds. The responses to my enquiries were swift and straightforward. I was offered the required insurance and the application process couldn't have been simpler. I received a swift confirmation of my cover. When we had to change the date of the event for which I needed insurance cover, the response was immediate and positive. I was able to make the necessary changes without fuss or extra costs. Amazing customer service, patience and flexibility

I have struggled to get wedding insurance so decided to get public liability insurance as a stand alone, Dan Seymour was so helpful and patient, helping me to add suppliers who did not have their own PLI, which was crucial as our wedding venue would not budge on this. I would definitely have purchased full wedding insurance through Dan if it had been available. Great experience. If I ever need this sort of insurance again in the future I will definitely go straight back to Dan at Event Insurance Services. Reviewed on: 9th September 2022
