I had terrible credit when I took out this first personal loan to consolidate some credit cards and an overdraft I had. They sat with me for a good hour (even past their closing time as I came after work) and talked me through all options and how we could reach the best monthly payment solution. Really friendly and made sure I was 100% certain on every aspect of the loan before I signed. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2019

The staff were friendly and approachable and talked you through each step of the process explaining everything ensuring you made informed choices without putting pressure on you to make decisions. Needed to use Everyday Loans some time ago. The staff were very friendly and professional. Gave good advice and my loan was agreed quickly and without any stress. The repayments were affordable and when I needed to borrow additional funds a couple of years later they provided the same eprofessional service. Yes, you do pay more in interest than the 'high street' lenders, but it's a very transparent service and you know this when you take out the loan. It's such a relief when they provide that 'lifeline' when no one no other lender will help. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2019
