I have had 2 × 1,500 loans from this brilliant company over 2 years, both loans were accepted and in my account with 24 hours, and when I got injured at work 4 months later and was worried about the repayments every month they were wonderful to me, put my mind at ease and they were happy to help me (in just one 10 minute phone call) to adjust my payments to what was affordable to me without any issues. Goodmorning, the initial contact with representatives at Chatham is fantastic. Not just informative, friendly approachable but realistic in terms of what most people are experiencing at any given time. The company think outside the stiff perimeters of lending money. Within 2 hours off applying online I was sat in their city centre office, they allowed me to park in their car park and stayed late to help give me the finance. They even offered me more funds to consolidate my credit card too. Very happy With the local personal service. Reviewed on: 3rd May 2019
