The people in the Coventry branch are polite and proffesional, and very helpful. Had no issues with settling early. Yes, the cost of borrowing was high, but not beyond what I expected having bad credit, and no costs were hidden. It was a good overall experience Reviewed on: 2nd May 2019

Staff were more than accommodating, met me outside of their work hours in order to help me at a convenient time. Checks were thorough but non invasive or judgemental.
