Excellent and Personalised service

I had got into financial pickle due to medical bills piling up for my late mother. I didnt think I would qualify for the amount I loaned but Everyday Loans did everything possible to assist me and grant me the loan and offered me a couple of payment options to choose from. I even changed my payment option after 3 months to suit me even more . The customer service is fantastic , can always get hold of them and they are always willing to assist and do what is best for me, the client. Great service, friendly staff

I applied for a loan and was approved in principle straight away, I was than given a call by an adviser from the branch nearest to me to arrange a meeting at my convenience. The meeting lasted about an hour the advisers dealing with my loan where friendly and extremely helpful and I had the funds in my account later on that day :) overall a good experience!! Friendly staff, not made to feel uncomfortable or embarrassed, quick process

I found the staff friendly and helpful. They didn't put any pressure on me to take out a loan. I was made to feel comfortable and not embarrassed about my situation. They went through my finances so they were sure I could afford the repayments. It was a quick process and the money was in my account in 24hrs. Reviewed on: 13th April 2019
