Initial application was very straight forward, I was welcomed by a very friendly helpful team. Unfortunately I missed a payment due to an illness and I got a call from my account manager who was very nice, helpful and friendly and said he was there to help and sorted my missed payment issue. Having got myself into a very desperate situation, I searched many loan companies with many refusals and had to stop when I realised that was making my credit rating even worse. Then I came across Everyday Loans. Long story short, I was NEVER made to feel belittled or guilty when being questioned about my expenditure. I was just relieved that Everyday Loans, were able to help and not feel like there were being judgemental. Extremely professional and would highly recommend. Especially as no branch where I live, so an appointment was made to meet me at home, at a time that suited me. Reviewed on: 12th April 2019
