They are a friendly company and are always willing to help when they can. They will always make sure that you can cope with payments as they don't want you to get into any more debt. The branch in Birmingham all the staff are brilliant and very approachable and make you feel comfortable and explain everything you need to know and put your concerns at ease. So I'm writing this review thinking well what do I really think about the service I have had from them, and to be honest it has to be one of the most customer focused organisations I have had the pleasure of meeting, from the point I got a loan through to any issues I have had or any questions they have been on hand to answer them and reassuring me that everything is working fully. Everyday loan was their when I needed them, and because of their I would help my sister and pay her son education. To me they are just the best. I could not ask for better.
