Easy no stress great customer service

I have had the delight of using both the Motherwell and branch and Glasgow branch I could not be more happy with all there effort to help me and the easy no stress for me the did all the pap are work and ran thru the parts I needed to know my loan runs out in a couple of years when I get married have a feeling I’ll be back Reviewed on: 10th April 2019

Very pleased with the service i received

Hi , the lady that i spoke with initially couldn't have been more helpful with everything i asked about , she was very friendly and i felt she had a way of putting me at ease . The application was dealt with very quickly and professionally and i would highly recommend to anyone . If i ever need to use them again i wouldn't hesitate . Amazing

I need to get my car fixed fast and it was costing me nearly £1,000 I did a quotation online and they responded within seconds, I spoke on the whole to a lovely ladies in the Walsall branch and she reassured me, she would try and help as much as she can. She fitted me in the SAME day, we spoke and went through all my finances and she gave me the best loan for myself, it's probably apart of the loan, but she made me feel more at eases when she said they will review my loan in 6months time, made me feel bette. The way she explained everything to me made it so much easier, and she definitly helped me with my money problems.
