Excellent onboarding, but can be harrasing....

Excellent onboarding, but if your direct debit comes out of the secondary account they will email, text, call and send a letter all about that one thing. Harrasing a little bit when 1 call would suffice. Reviewed on: 7th July 2026

Advisors were very clear and concise and talked me through my best options to ensure I wasn't taking on too much debt or leaving myself short. All terms were explained very clearly and progressed moved quickly. The turn around from the first call to relieving the loan was very quick, mostly due to the company modernising with remote practises allowing document turnaround to be minutes and not days.
