I'm disabled wheelchair bound n house bound and recently lost my dad and my mum has dementia n been put in a care home which broke my heart, n with health problems n brain problem struggled to pay, but fair for you been very understanding, n patient with me, every day is a life time struggle for me so having people that understand is a ease of my shoulders, definitely would recommend them Reviewed on: 30th April 2026
