Had a flight cancelled due to the virus March 2020. Lost £250, tried to claim it on flexicover insurance, fought and fought and fought. They pushed me onto a claims agent because they were not bothered They ended up giving me £46 back after a battle. They denied I had silver cover even though I did. Avoid them like the plague.
