Outstandingly responsive

Last year my wife was diagnosed with cancer three weeks before we were due to go on holiday. Travel companies and he airline were unable or unwilling to offer a refund. Flexicover responded immediately and without fuss covered the loss. In the stressful situation we were facing, this sympathetic outcome was greatly appreciated. My wife subsequently responded to treatment and is, a year on, very well. Reviewed on: 24th July 2020

RIP off company

Policies that are not worth the paper they are written on. No payout for cancelled holiday and flights, parking, visas ... nothing. They even had the audacity to offer 50% of my premium back instead. Big Wow. AVOID THIS COMPANY. We were left well out of pocket. You will be too if you fall for their lies. Reviewed on: 24th July 2020
