Truly excellent Service, most unlike an insurance broker.

In all my dealings with them, Footman James have been brilliant. Everything is made easy and as an owner of specialist vehicles the understanding that Footman James has of the market and its needs is second to none. They are happy to give you appropriate write off values that do not rely on often incorrect book Valuations and also understand that just because your car may Have high performance does not mean that you are automatically a higher risk than a 17 year old boy racer who only has a 1.2 hatchback! All in all I could not be happier and hope to continue using Footman James long into the future. Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

Has insurance gone mad?

Has insurance gone mad well I think so. I was with my previous insures 32 years, had on clams or problems but each year my policy went up .Each year I would ask them to check it was still the best policy for me ,and to be fair they did change it a couple of times but the premium didn't change much but again each year it went up. Then a friend told me he had gone to Footman James what a difference he said, so about three weeks before mine was due I gave Footman James a call and wow what a difference! Firstly the people you talk to are actually interested in you and your vehicle. they take the time to help you make the policy cover what is important for me, there is no hard sell or pressure they just run through an extensive list of oppositions and you say yes or no they will ex-plane anything if you want more info. So now I have a much better policy and a lot more cover and still at an except-able price although I do think you only get what you pay for, I am very pleased with Footman James and have recommended them to my friends also thanks Kevin Reviewed on: 28th September 2017

such a great insurance company i came to my friend told me about footman james they talked to me and explained so clearly and i have recomened them to all of my friends and family they helped me when someone crashed into me and never left me to hold on always explained everything to me so well will be staying with footman james for many more years to come x Reviewed on: 27th September 2017

I have insured with Footman James now for several years with both classic cars and motorcycles. They have remained very competitive within the market and have, in my experience with their staff, given that bit extra to genuinely help the customer. Reviewed on: 27th September 2017
