I have been investing with freetrade for 2 years now. I find the app user friendly and slick. I haven’t had to use customer service yet. Freetrade have done well to expand their universe of investable products since I joined. It’s good that they’ve increased the interest rate on uninvested cash recently, however I’m aware that this interest only really exists to offset the subscription fees. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024

Great product with great customer service.

I have a self-investment pension plan set up with Freetrade which lets me manage my pension investments by myself. Freetrade offers a variety of instruments that I can invest into. I can choose from individual stocks, ETFs and Indicies, Commodities and much more. They also have a great customer service. They were always really helpful when I had any issues, like for example transferring my old work pensions to Freetrade. Reviewed on: 5th April 2024
