Terrible trade execution and clueless staff.

Terrible trade execution where instant order get rejected and staff can not explain reasons behind it (it maybe 'free trading', but define 'free' if orders may not get the best execution). When asked to add a new ETF, I've been told to reach out to the 'community' and after doing so ETFs still has not been added. Waste of time, you're better to pay for a trade and get better trade execution! Reviewed on: 4th April 2024
