Freetrade 1 day charts are broken since eternity, but no one pays any heed to fix them. They have a twitter presence, but no one checks any complaints being made there. Been chatting with their support executives for over 2 months now regarding the charting problem. They keep sending emails that the issue is being looked into, but there hasn't been any updates in over 2 months. Does that indicate an incompetent IT team or a lack of motivation to fix issues?
