I’ve been using Freetrade for my online share dealing for quite some time now, and overall it’s been a fantastic experience. One of the biggest strengths of Freetrade is just how easy the app is to navigate. From the moment you open it, everything feels intuitive and user-friendly — even if you’re new to investing. It’s clear that a lot of thought has gone into simplifying what can otherwise be a complex process. The menus, search features, watchlists, and portfolio views are all laid out in a way that makes it straightforward to find exactly what you want to do without feeling overwhelmed. I particularly appreciate how the app makes it easy to understand what you’re doing at each step. Whether you’re buying your first share, setting up regular investing, or reviewing your performance, the screens are clean and the terminology is clear. There’s no unnecessary clutter or jargon, which really helps build confidence when you’re making decisions. Even more experienced investors will find the basics are handled smoothly, letting you focus on the strategy rather than wrestling with the interface. Communication from Freetrade has also been excellent. Notifications about key news, dividend alerts, and account updates are timely and helpful, and when I’ve had questions, the support team has been responsive and friendly. I’ve never felt left in the dark — whether it’s clarifying fees, understanding a new feature rollout, or just confirming a detail about my account, they’ve always replied in a way that’s both informative and easy to understand. Overall, Freetrade has made online share dealing accessible, enjoyable, and stress-free. The combination of a well-designed app, clear guidance, and reliable communication makes it a platform I’m happy to recommend — especially for anyone just starting out with investing or looking for a straightforward, modern trading experience.
