Very responsive when information is requested, platform is easy to use and information easy to understand. Platform is also secure so provides peace of mind knowing my details are safe and secure. The mobile app makes investing simple and easy. The online messaging service is excellent. Its not always instant but you always get a message to advise you and then a real person will message you withing office hours. Makes the whole experience perfect for me. Reviewed on: 6th April 2024
