Free SIPP offering

After making their SIPP free for regular (non-paying) members, they proactively contacted me to tell me that I was no longer using any of their paid features and they would downgrade my plan and refund me. I've never known of a company to proactively give money back to customers. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
