Great for beginners to investing

Being a beginner with stocks and shares trading Freetrade was a brilliant platform to start with, being able to start with small amounts to invest with a wide variety of shares available. Being able to setup regular deposits is an easy way to start investing. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

Freetrade Review

I am very glad that Freetrade offers mutual funds without commission of additional charge. That is the reason that I switched from my previous provider. It would be great if the FX fee could similarly be reduced but the platform and offering are otherwise great and I'm very happy I've switched. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026

The app is really easy to use, both for searching for stocks or funds, but also managing my own investments. The coliur scheme is easy on the eyes but still helps you see the important details quickly. When I contacted customer service regarding the free share they offer for signing up, they were incredibly quick, polite and helpful. Literally can't think of anything to improve, apart from having a larger choice of stocks, however there is still plenty. Reviewed on: 5th February 2026
