Fortunately i havent needed to use my cover, but just knowing that before i set off on a jolly i have peace of mind to know i have cover with a company i trust, i have medical issues which i declared and was astonished to have a quote as low, well done Reviewed on: 28th August 2020

GG Did The Right Thing!

Our holiday was cancelled, along with many others. I asked Gg to refund our premium. They were not obliged to do so, but considered my request and gave us a refund. This happened in the context of numerous consumer issues for people claiming refunds from airlines and travel companies, who did have clear obligations. So thank you for such a positive and speedy response. We’ll come back to you when we get to travel again. Reviewed on: 14th August 2020
