Travelling with a daughter who has a significant medical history, the stress of finding enough cover at an affordable price is stressful. I had some questions and the call was answered quickly, my concerns were dealt with and cover was arranged, all within 20 minutes from start to finish. Cruise itinerary item cancellation.

Needed to make a claim for a cancellation to part of a cruise itinerary. A very friendly lady told what was required to support the claim. I emailed the required information and a very suitable settlement was in my bank account within two days. Excellent service. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

stair accident

Good quote compared to many insurers

My husband and I have lots of pre existing problems and it was difficult to find insurance. Get going offered to insure us . They are no more expensive than other insurers,, in fact their quote was one of the better ones. The reason I haven’t given them 5 stars for value for money is because I think holidays insurance for us older people with pr existing conditions is so highly priced it prevents us visiting family abroad as much as we’d like to.
