Like talking to a friend.

When I call a bank or other financial organisation I am always reluctant. I fear they have little time in this tech world to deal on a human level especially with older people. I have been a member for nearly a year and in that time I have dealt with caring, professional, genuine, knowledgeable staff, for whom nothing is a problem. Excellent service

I have been a member for twenty years and have found the credit union an excellent way to save money easily. I have also used it for a loan and the rate was really competitive.
