Good luck getting your money

1
Avoid they're useless. Multiple times they have failed to allow my children access to their savings, and this time, they are showing zero balance on the savings on the app, despite showing the correct balance on the website. Customer "support" can do nothing as it's a Saturday and their developers don't work weekends. Reviewed on: 16th November 2024

Go Henry close childrens accounts down without any warning !! be careful

1
Ive had a terrible experience with GoHenry as despite being a loyal customer they closed down my childs account without an warning and without any reason leaving him stranded without funds. Children are a protected group and GoHenry have been unlawful and should have given notice to my son so that he could arrange alternative account and GoHenry have also refused to return any funds to us that were in the account Reviewed on: 10th October 2023

Great finance education for children

Use their service for my son to have safe access to his own money via a card, whilst learning about money using education features. Various purchase and withdrawal limits can be set on parent app. They also offer a child ISA. All done through a pretty straightforward app. Reviewed on: 1st June 2023

Fantastic

Opened a GoHenry account as soon as my eldest son was old enough to. It’s a fantastic little app which he (at 7 years old) can easily understand, access his savings, see where he’s spent money and everything else. It’s really helped him understand finances at such a young age. Reviewed on: 10th April 2023

A step towards financial literacy

Great money education

Love this product. Really handy way of paying pocket money and family members gifting money. Also teaches children about money and saving. Love the little lessons and options for children to earn by doing little tasks. Reviewed on: 16th February 2023

Ineffective technology

Faulty service over time. Poor technology that frequently fails. Other providers are cheaper, more accessible and set a child up better. Reviewed on: 29th May 2022

Great way for kids to learn about banking

5
Go Henry is a great way for kids to earn money by doing jibs, saving and keeping track of their spending. The card also gives kids independence whilst allowing parents/guardians to monitor what kids are spending and where. The online support and APP are fantastic and easy to navigate.
