Fabulous

Always had an easy and pleasant exper6with Go Henry if I had a problem. Lost card was replaced easily. Once when someone tried to use the card on line this was spotted and the transaction declined and a new card sent out to us Reviewed on: 17th April 2025

Easy to use but fees too high

Never had to use customer service so cannot comment on that. I love the ease of the app and the tasks and seeing what your child has bought. I think the fees to add money to the account is too high and is making me look elsewhere where that money could be put in to my child’s account instead. Reviewed on: 17th April 2025
