Incentivising a 9 year old!

Through the gohenry app made 9 year old daughter is connecting effort with reward. She knows if she doesn’t do her chores she doesn’t get the pocket money. She’s learning the value of money- if she wants something she needs to buy it. So she’s set herself savings goals and is getting a real kick out of seeing her savings pot go up. Easy to follow and friendly helpful employees

Have found Gohenry easy to follow, has given my grandson responsibility with his money and I feel he has matured in that responsibility in a short time, the staff on the phone are patient and helpful, am very pleased with how things are going, I find the app easy to follow, once we got started and I like the extra bonuses available, Diane Cook, (nanny Cookie. This is a great way to give kids freedom with their money and to learn them how to earn it. The pocket money system learns them they have to earn the money they receive and that if they don't put the time in they don't earn. Plus its safer for them than carrying cash. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

My daughter has really enjoyed using her card. She has understood that it is her money and enjoyed doing jobs around the house to earn money. She has been saving for things which is great. I am always recommending Go Henry to anyone that will listen. Reviewed on: 19th January 2020

Wish I had signed up sooner

My boys aged 8 and 10 thought mummy’s purse had no limits when we were out and about and explaining that things were a waste of money fell on innocent ears that did not understand the value of money. Once my boys received their Go Henry cards with a set ‘allowance’ and then extra funds awarded for tasks we’d agreed on, they just love using their own card and making their own choices. I often say ‘you can have it if you pay by GH’ and they then do think about the purchase first, often choosing to use their money more wisely. They feel so grown up at the checkout and when I tell the operator it’s a pre-paid card in their name, my boys explain it perfectly and are a great advertising tool for Go Henry. I’m sure many children have become customers off their recommendations! As a Mum in a one income family, I love that Go Henry can help me budget each month, plus my sons are being taught how to respect money and to spend wisely too! The app is very easy to use and I like the optional of placing funds into the saving pot too. Their use of the cards and the funds awarded will adapt and change as my boys grow up.
