The only issue I had was in the time it took to resolve the issue when my daughter’s card had been ‘hacked’ on line. The initial response was great, card cancelled immediately, but the time it took to recover the money that had been fraudulently spent, was really not acceptable and I had to chase for an update. An amazing tool; an additional parent
