There is a fee for using these accounts, you can choose from three GoHenry memberships. Everyday is a debit card and app, Plus includes interest on savings and max is a family plan. Kids can learn through Money Missions in their GoHenry app.

Daughter loves shopping with Go Henry

Daughter age 11 has recently started using her Go Henry and using the savings facility to save for “something” - It is teaching her to plan her money. A £10 weekly allowance soon mounts up and then cash from birthdays going on there too she gets very excited about having access to money, looking at what she can buy but the best thing is watching it vanish!! She now understands how long it takes to get money; how long it lasts if she is not careful and eagerly awaits her top up, then carefully planning whether she actually should spend her money. Interesting how these young ones will save their money but happily spend money from an adults pocket. Biggest challenge so far - working out how to get cash from her birthday into the account as she has realised she can’t buy from Amazon with cash! Amazing life lessons. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Great banking for my children

Exactly what I was looking for, provides my children with pocket money, tasks to complete to earn extra money, a savings option, donating to charity option, so so much. It's been brilliant for teaching my children the value of money and money management. Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Life changing for my 13 year old during lockdown

Was dubious at 1st but we researched together and it has been invaluable using Go Henry! She is able to use her money rather than waiting for me to come home or be there as an NHS keyworker it hasn't always been possible and as a single parent not always easy she has total control and can see what she is earning and spending and I can also see it too which is a fabulous tool Reviewed on: 16th April 2021

Great learning

Great learning for children giving them freedom while still allowing parents ultimate control. App is easy transfers are easy. Setting tasks and completing them is easy. As a parent it’s just what you need. It to be easy. Gives children the chance to gain confidence using money either by withdrawing it or paying by card in-store and online giving them independence while parents can check money isint being wasted and can set the restrictions where they want.
