Best kids prepaid card

In my opinion they are the best prepaid card on the market, easy to use for both kids and adults. A doddle to set up and top up, also helps to tech children the about savings and planning. Only very minor gripe at the moment is that you can’t receive international payments. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Financial education for 7 yr old. Great app and easy to use.

My daughter has learned good financial skills and the value of money from using her gohenry account and card. The app is easy to use and you have full parental oversight. Added bonus is the task setting feature enabling the young lady to earn some cash for chores. Reviewed on: 26th March 2021

Learning the value of money

My son has autism and really struggles with understanding money. With this he can see what he has to spend, has saved and work out before we go shopping what he can buy. I love the fact I can put limits on his spending and where or he would end up wasting the lot on something completely random. Fantastic for children!!!

I joined GoHenry for my children nearly two years ago and since have recommended to anyone I know with children, who are looking to teach them the value of money. In a day and age where card and online transactions are far more common than cash payments, GoHenry is the perfect start to banking. Family and friends can easily send money across whether it be as a payment or as a “gift card” for birthdays etc where the children get to reveal their present on the day which is then deposited straight into their account. We as parents can set up a regular pocket money transfer from the parent account, as well as putting a weekly/daily spending limit which is easily managed via the app. One more advantage is when my eldest is out shopping with her friends, when she uses her card the app notifies me, meaning I can see what shops she going in, as well as how much she is spending.
