There is a fee for using these accounts, you can choose from three GoHenry memberships. Everyday is a debit card and app, Plus includes interest on savings and max is a family plan. Kids can learn through Money Missions in their GoHenry app.

I love the whole concept of this bank function that support the development of children and young people to become responsible around finances. My only criticism is the monthly fees per child, as this adds a additional financial constraint to the parents. Maybe not so bad for parents that can afford but not so easy for parents less fortunate to access in order for them to promote the concept to their children and young people! My daughter has been using this card for a few years now and its been fantastic.. she will be turning 13 April so just ordered her a more grown up looking card . I feel comfortable with her going out shopping with friends it’s not only I can see how much she is spending I can also see what shops she’s spending in and her whereabouts in our town .. this is amazing for safety!!
