GoHenry offer prepaid accounts for children.

There is a fee for using these accounts, you can choose from three GoHenry memberships. Everyday is a debit card and app, Plus includes interest on savings and max is a family plan. Kids can learn through Money Missions in their GoHenry app.

Go Henry is one of the best banks for kids. It has restrictions of parents choosing what the kids can and can’t spend their money on and the app is very simple and easy to use so it’s not very hard to find your way around.
