Possibly the worst insurance company I have ever dea...

Possibly the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. I made my first claim after a decade of being a platinum member it was extremely frustrating, no one was capable of making a decision and I went without my club for months, pointless having specialists insurance, I will never sign up for another year.
