It's a competitively priced insurance against the risk of claims against me for injuries (or worse) to others as a result of my golfing. It also gives me cover for loss of golfing equipment, and a big bar bill if I ever get that elusive hole-in-one! Plus, I get good deals at a number of golf clubs throughout the country.
