You never know

A couple of years ago playing with friends at Belmont Lodge Hereford,(now sadly closed) we came to our tee. The view in front was amazing. Both sides of the fairway lined with tree's. What we did not know at the time was on the left of the fairway behind a crop of mature tree's was a green. One of my party hooked his drive and struck a player fully on the head while on the green. A pure accident. The injured gentleman was taken to hospital by ambulance. Later we found out from his friends he would be staying in hospital overnight as a precaution, after being treated for possible concussion and receiving a few stiches to the wound on his head. You never know what may happen on a golf course, for the cost of a dozen or so Srixon AD 333 or Prov. 1 you can not put a price on peace of mind. Not only do you get cover for the incident I witnessed but your golf equipment is covered for overseas travel, plus a few FREE golf tokens a year, that has to be a winner. The policy is easy to buy and the annual renewal process even easier. The cover for a very reasonable price is everything a golfer needs including the hole in one cover! Reviewed on: 24th August 2017
