When medical issues change or if I have any queries I just phone them direct and speak to someone. They are so reassuring and add notes to my file. When you have existing health conditions or age, it’s great to have a reasonably priced cover with great coverage. Documents are available in online format, but can be in paper form which I find easier to read. Reviewed on: 20th August 2025
