Travel insurance made easy

After looking at many other companies. Goodtogo was an easy choice for me and my family. No hidden extras. With excellent reviews and ratings it gave me the confidence for the cover I needed. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Good company

You don't get ripped off You pay a decent price for a decent cover. Some of the other companies want more for there cover than you pay for your holiday. Will definitely try again next year Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

Avoid at all costs!

We booked a 5 week trip to Australia and New Zealand and because of length of trip had to take out a one off insurance policy which cost £350. A few months after taking out the policy my husband was diagnosed with very low risk prostate cancer. He was to start treatment when we returned from our holiday and the prostate cancer would in no way affect the holiday. Nevertheless Good to Go seen fit to charge us an additional £650. Therefore insurance for trip £1000. The week before we were due to go on holiday my mother suddenly and unexpectedly passed away therefore we obviously had to cancel our trip. Thats when the nightmare kicks in. Good to Go take nothing to do with claims. They use underwriters Global Response who were an obsolute nightmare to deal with. It took many months and a whole of stress, which I did not need at that particular time given I was grieving for my mother. Good to go were not at any time interested in issues we experienced with their underwriters. They take your money and that is that. Please I would urge you not to use them. Peace of mind at an affair affordable price

I’ve used Good to go to cover me on my travels for many years. I know I have any medical issues covered. All levels of cover are good value and the staff are friendly and helpful. The website is very user friendly, but if you struggle with it the staff to help are only a quick call away. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023

A convenient flexible travel insurance

All you need from a travel Insurance

Have been with GTG for 3 years now - cover is appropriate for our needs. Always helpful if you have any queries. Not had to make a claim yet thankfully but price for annual cover is good value. Reviewed on: 13th September 2023
