Gunplan, really listen to their customers and do act on their concerns

Ive been with Gunplan for a couple of years now. I’ve found their insurance policy for my sporting equipment and it’s use to be very straightforward, easy to purchase and use and they are happy to discuss premiums and discounts to match other suppliers at renewal. However, all that’s pretty normal nowadays and that’s not why I’m recommending them for this award... as a specialist firearms insurer, gunplan are not dealing with run of the mill sporting equipment or customers and as such they have to be sensitive to the enhanced security requirements. With this in mind, I was surprised to receive my renewal documents in an envelope marked with their Branding on the outside - as you can imagine, having a letter arrive emblazoned across the front with “GUNPLAN” didn’t help ensure my anonymity as a firearms owner. I telephoned Gunplan and spoke to them about this issue. I received a call back from a director apologising for this oversight that had not been considered by their marketing department and letting me know they had immediately removed all the preprinted envelopes and updated their stationary accordingly - great and speedy result an issue that could have resulted in a serious problem for their customers in terms of their security and anonymity. So, to summarise, gunplan just does exactly what it says on the Tim, they are extremely responsive to their customers requirements and they really listen to their customers and act accordingly.
