Fast and fearless!

Super Easy & Convenient for Full Time Workers - No Phone Calls Needed

I work 8.30am-6pm+ every day, and can't make calls during my shifts, so anything to do with applying for mortgages and buying houses is a challenge. However, I used Habito to arrange a new mortgage with NatWest, and it has been the easiest experience compared to previous purchases. I just downloaded copies of payslips, bank statements etc. and took photos of ID and it was done. It's incredibly convenient compared to the traditional applications -where I'd have to take half a day off work to physically go into a bank with ID or paper copies of documents - and with Habito I could also arrange all communication via email/messenger rather than waiting on hold for hours. Super easy and convenient for anyone that works long hours and doesn't have a lot of time to spare on weekdays! Reviewed on: 9th April 2021

Very fast & efficient with a friendly helpful service

I really can't fault the service provided, it was first online experience for a mortgage application, however I found it so quick and easy and the ability to leave a message, know when your advisor has read it or online was a big help that enhances the service. Great to deal with and ultra convenient

Everyone at Habito definitely know their stuff and gives me confidence to deal with them. It is ultra convenient because all communication is done by online messaging meaning no waiting on phone or needing to attend physical meetings. Online means I can take my time and respond when I want to. Given its all online, it explains why Habito is cheaper than tradition mortgage brokers. Reviewed on: 8th April 2021
