I’ve had such an amazing experience with Habito. Every message I’ve sent them, they’ve replied within hours (even outside of working hours!). The customer service I have received has been amazing. Thank you for finding me the perfect mortgage product for my needs, for patience with me when I accidentally inputted wrong information (sorry again!), helping me upload the documents and submitting my application and supporting documentation in a timely manner. Really Great service provided, the live chat has was much better than phoning up constantly as could just send a message and get a reply whenever they were available or we were available. I have recently discovered Habito for remortgaging, had read very good reviews about them but they are all very well deserved. They offer a gold service. They are quick, very friendly, provide you with all the explanations you need, and they don't try to sell you the wrong product to take the most out of you: They just sell you what is good for you.
