Stress free and very helpful

From start to finish its been a smooth transaction to remortgage my house mariam is superbly skilled and knows what shes in about, anything your unsure about sje will explain and sort out enquires in a timely manner. I will most certainly be using habito again, its been snooth and stress free from start to finish also the mortgage rates they got me was a massive saving. Thank you habito and to all the team. Made my life easy.

I've bought a house before and I done all the work myself. It was exhausting and time consuming, with constant phone calls and meetings. I decided to use a broker for my new house. Due to my shifts I needed a broker that I could respond and send messages to when I was free. With habito's chat system it meant I could respond to messages when it suited me and also send them...it saved getting off work to deal with phone calls and meetings! Nicola and Joe were very helpful and I always felt like they had my best interests at mind. I'm very happy with the process and the outcome. As a first time buyer, this experience was completely new to me and my partner. Easy to follow procedures from the initial questions to uploading my documentation. Great service and knowledgeable staff

The online form is quite easy to fill out and I was a little apprehensive not being able to pick up the phone to speak to someone easily. In the end the online communication meant that the whole process was quicker and I got to see exactly where I was in the application process through their online portal. New Generation of online mortgaging is hassle free.

I have a complicate ask with my financial background and I found Habito able welcoming and helpful with the answers to why what and how that so many of us need. You're also able to talk to advisers any time. Brilliant and for 1 will be using them again. Reviewed on: 21st January 2020
