You get what you pay for

Problem 1 is that you don't see the deals, Problem 2 is that you still have to deal with paperwork and scan up. Problem 3 is that there are follow ups needed. My advice is see a good face to face broker who will show you the deals, take the paperwork from you and deal with there and then and provide on going progression plus if buying support you with all the other considerations of buying. He can do this an hour and a half so don't see the time benefits or advice benefits of going online Reviewed on: 5th February 2019

Helpful, Hassle free, happiness with Habito

Highly recommended! I was able to sort my remortgage with Habito from home in my own time and in a fraction of the time it would take with other providers. Absolutely stress free! I was dubious at first reading the reviews- “that sounds too good to be true”, but I took the leap of faith and it’s all TRUE. Do it! You won’t regret it. Reviewed on: 2nd February 2019

Really easy and straightforward

Right from the get go it was really easy to get all the information and fill out the required forms. To then be presented with all the mortgage options and the best ones that fitted me takes all the time and hassle out of the search. Opened our eyes to a better deal

After a bad experience remortgaging via the mortgage advisors at London Strategic housing we felt we would get an even worse deal than we already had (after a year on a variable rate). After a friend recommended us, we tried Habito and realised there really were better deals out there and it wasn’t complicated or tricky in any way. Great company. Reviewed on: 31st January 2019

Super knowledgeable, helpful and responsive

We have used Habito twice and will go straight back to them when we next need to change or renew our mortgage.
