Habito is the natural home for homebuyers

I assume the name Habito is derived from the word 'habitat' with reference to the natural home of a living thing - in our case - humans. My wife and I feel at home with Habito and when the deal is finally done we will experience some cognitive dissonance - sad to say good-bye to Habito but happy to say hello to our new home. Why? Because all the people at Habito have been great. They are friendly, knowledgeable, very efficient and a consummate pleasure to work with. Mortgage broker for the 21st Century!

Super straight-forward, they speak to you in plain English and there is a chat function so you can ask any amount of questions and they always get back to you within a day or so and all the staff I spoke to (Matthew and Emily) were very friendly and helpful. They act as a "middle man" between the lender and yourself,and it just makes things that little bit more personable and it's a bit of "hand-holding" compared to going to the lender directly.I would recommend Habito to anyone and I will be telling everyone that there is absolutely no need to use a mortgage broker that charges a fee (as I nearly did!). So easy, and so helpful

So far my experience with Habito has been wonderful. Any questions I have had have been answered quickly and concisely. Helpful and efficient
