Seamless experience - so easy to question and progress an application via the chat. The technology, communication and customer service are all first rate. Helping the client with a whole-of-market check

What's really making a difference is the fact that Habito checks my eligibility for ALL the products on the market. There are products where they can't apply andthe client has to go and apply personally at a bank. The fact that they tell you about those products and if they are better they simply let you go on your own is amazing. They prioritise clients needs over their own. Mortgages made simple!

I have used Habito twice, once a couple of years ago to take out my mortgage and again this year to remortgage as my fixed rate deal ended. Both times the process has been simple to do. I am confident that my mortgage broker searches the whole of the market, and only gives me details of deals that I am likely to get. They make the whole process clear and straightforward and I will not hesitate to use them again in 5 years when my new fixed rate deal ends! Reviewed on: 14th February 2023
