Excellent communication and work even through a tricky case.

Firstly as busy teachers the constant phone calls and interviews were not possible for us. Habito was great with their messaging service and email reminders, allowing us to respond and sort through things when we were free to do so. Being flexible around schedule was critical in getting us through this entire process. Secondly we had several complications due to the quickly changing markets and some discrepancies between our application and another buyer in the same building. The case worker was tirelessly working behind the scenes to sort all of this out - even contacting the estate agents and management group to sort everything out for us. Additionally the need to only fill in our details once was ultimately a great boon as this helped simplify affairs and save countless hours on our reapplications. Reviewed on: 30th March 2023

Easy quote, efficient process, easy to contact.

Habito found me the best rate on the market at a time where other brokers were having difficulty doing so. I could contact my broker by instant message and always received prompt responses. I could track the progress of my purchase process and all my questions were always answered succinctly and with the appropriate level of detail for a first time buyer. Patient, clear. Thorough

My advisor at Habito worked extremely hard to get me an honestly great deal in probably the most unstable financial climate we've seen in a while. He constantly reviewed new products throughout the process to make sure I was getting the best possible deal, was incredibly patient with me and able to explain clearly each step and aspect of my new mortgage. Communication was quick and easy and their online platform made uploading documents as needed fast and easy, no trekking to the post office required. Fast, easy, friendly and incredible service

Have used Habito twice now to remortgage and both times have been an absolute pleasure. Super quick and convenient, all the staff are really friendly, flexible and knowledgeable.
