An impossible dream come true

We recently had the opportunity to secure a mortgage from Haysto, and we must say that our experience was nothing short of remarkable. After facing several refusals from other lenders (who 'promised' they could help us) due to one of us having a very bad credit history, we were beginning to lose hope of purchasing our first home, which was nothing short of a pipe dream. That's when we discovered Haysto, and we are so grateful that we did. From the initial consultation, the team at Haysto demonstrated a genuine understanding of our situation. They took the time to listen to our concerns, assess our financial background, and explain the mortgage options in clear, straightforward terms. Unlike other institutions, there was no judgement regarding our bad credit; instead, they focused on what we needed and how they could help us achieve our goal of homeownership. The process was incredibly streamlined and efficient. Haysto worked tirelessly to find a mortgage solution tailored to our financial circumstances, leveraging their access to various lenders specialising in cases like ours. Every step of the way, their communication was excellent. We were told about our application status and got quick answers to any questions we had. We were thrilled to find out that Haysto was able to secure a mortgage for us on terms that we could manage. Their expertise in dealing with complex situations really shone through, and we felt supported and empowered throughout the entire process. Thanks to Haysto, we are proud homeowners despite our previous challenges with bad credit. We cannot recommend their services enough to anyone in a similar situation. The team truly cares about helping their clients and goes above and beyond to make the dream of homeownership a reality. We had more than 5 mortgage advisors at the beginning of the process and when we were about to work with a different mortgage advisor, Alex from Haysto insisted to trust him. And how right he was... He managed to get us the lowest rate and the mortgage offer came in just one day!! We feel so lucky that we had Alex as out mortgage advisor. Haysto quite literally did the impossible for us! As someone on a 12 month fixed term contract and my partner on a zero hours job; every single broker we approached had no luck in securing any sort of deal for us. Determined not to give up we found Haysto who we immediately felt confident with. Every single staff member was buzzing with hope and positivity for us which was always nice to be surrounded by when working with them. Our nominated broker, Daniel was fantastic and managed the unthinkable by landing us a mortgage with a high street lender! I'm still in shock how he managed to pull such a feat off, we're extremely happy in our new home and can't thank Daniel and the team at Haysto enough! Reviewed on: 19th February 2025
