Dreams Really Do Come True

Made a very long dream a reality I am still trying to process the greatest news we received from Haysto yesterday. We started this journey with them on the 8th Jan 2026, yesterday we had a mortgage offer. What a team as I had difficulties in the past with credit ,so thought there was no hope.....wrong, these people know what products and lenders best serve their clients,they have empathy, understanding and have gone above and beyond to make a dream a reality in a responsible manner Thank you Alex Nikki Aiste Jamie Charley We owe everything to you I would tell anyone that needs a mortgage with different and difficult circumstances to use Haysto. I was a First time buyer with absolutely no clue what I was doing. Haysto walked me through everything and I could message them at any time with questions . They sorted the mortgage to get me the best rate . They sorted the solicitors , insurance life/buildings . They rang me every week to talk about what was happening and what was going to happen next. I would recommend them to anyone who is ever just thinking about buying a house. I think there’s a reason why Experian recommended them to me. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Excellent customer service throughout the whole process

Haysto were brilliant throughout our whole mortgage process. As a couple, both aged 19 we were in unfamiliar surroundings but everyone we spoke with at Haysto were so helpful and reassuring - from the first initial phone call all the way up to the insurance specialist and mortgage specialists. Would 100% recommend to anyone who needed a broker to help find a brilliant deal on your mortgage, while taking away the stress and time. Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Great experience!

Great experience! We weren’t sure whether we’d be able to get a joint mortgage that we could afford after being offered a mortgage when working with an independent broker who found us a mortgage for 6.5%! Haysto found us a mortgage for 3.85%! Excellent customer service and easier to use online portal. We could recommend this service enough! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026

Honestly the best experience from start to finish!

Honestly the best experience from start to finish! Everyone we’ve dealt with at Haysto was friendly and efficient. I had some credit problems in the past and didn’t believe we could actually get a mortgage offer let alone a really good rate with a decent lender. At the time of using Haysto we were also in discussions with 2 other mortgage advisors who both stated they could get us a mortgage but it would be at a rate of 6.66% or more which meant high repayments. From our first call with Haysto we felt reassured and everything was so well organised, the online portal and document upload area is so user friendly and aesthetically pleasing. We received our mortgage offer last week, 3 weeks after first contacting Haysto (1 week of this was a delay from our end) and the interest rate……4.4% saving us £500 a month in repayments!! We would highly recommend Haysto to everyone and anyone and we will certainly be using them when we come to remortgage! Reviewed on: 12th March 2026
