No judgement and excellent communication

Dan Marshall and the team have been really helpful in getting us approved for a mortgage in principle. Communication has been excellent and we are in the process of completing the full mortgage application. Dan was honest with us from the start and he has made something that we thought wasn't possible, possible! We were really nervous reaching out for help, but there was no judgement and instead compassion and empathy. Thank you so far for all your help Haysto. Reviewed on: 8th February 2022

My journey with Haysto was full of twists and turns due to some very complicated personal circumstances but in the end we managed to secure a mortgage offer from a high street lender. The advisors were incredibly patient and helpful throughout the whole process, I felt well informed every step of the way, as soon as they received an update they would let me know even if it was out of hours. I genuinely thought owning my own home was off the cards for another few years but thanks to them it became a reality and I'm now a very happy first time homeowner. Reviewed on: 7th February 2022

I never thought I would get a mortgage for a number of reasons. Satnam from the word go has been unjudgemental to my situation from the word go. He has been knowledgable and honest with us throughout. I cannot recommend Haysto enough to anyone. Mortgage advisor s that really want to help (even on a Sunday).
