I found the booking process really easy, especially compared to last year where there were some minor issues with the app. It’s nice to easily see the set out of the page of exactly what’s included. Nothing is hidden and it’s very transparent about what to expect. We bought the annual bronze package and very good value for money with what’s included. We also bought the fee waiver incase we need to make a claim for peace of mind for less than a McDonald’s meal! Brilliant. Instant email for reassurance payment was taken and booked. It’s easy to change details too incase you put something wrong. Overall no faults and would recommend. Always been with holiday extras and even booked airport parking for £80 for the week including shuttle bus. Honestly a steal! If you’re early enough you can also book hotel with parking for a great price. I’ve had no issues and for visual people it highlights everything you need to know no confusion. Thanks holiday extras!
