This is our second year using Holiday Extras for our travel insurance. We have had changes to our medical conditions and they have been so helpful and understanding. Premiums are very reasonable considering, and the lady I spoke to was so informative and understood our concerns. Reviewed on: 24th February 2025

I had to phone up to advise of a change of medical needs and spoke to Chloe on two occasions who was very helpful and informative and phoned me back to explain the cover that was being offered, an annual travel insurance policy but without cover for the medical condition concerned.
